Close enqueuing button shows when enqueueing is already closed

Summary

There is a "close enqueueing" button before the slot selection has opened.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a lab with time slots with a date for slot selection in the future
2. Go to the lab page

Possible Fix

Change to "open enqueueing"?
