[Queue-2.0] Take request button for teachers

As a teacher (in corona times), I sometimes want to pick up a specific request based on the question. If this is not the "next person in line", then there is no way to actually get to this request normally (without forwarding a bunch of others). As a teacher you can just connect to the jitsi call and set statuses immediately, but then queue does not notify the student that I am waiting for them in the Jitsi call.

As such the suggestion to add a button "Pick request" which just puts the request to "assigned" to the person who clicked the button. I think this button should be restricted to teachers/managers.
