[Queue-2.0] Slotted Lab Option for allowing premature get-request

We want to have the option, in a slotted lab, to allow assistants to get a next request even though a time-slot is not yet up. This would cause the lab to function like a normal lab. Therefore, we should also add an option to set the time in advance a request from a slot can be taken. Currently this is some set time (1 minute I believe).
