Set session timeslots in 24h format

Summary

As a teacher using Queue, I would like to be able to use 24h time (i.e., 13:45 and 15:45) when setting the time for new lab sessions.

Reasoning

Grown up in Europe, I mainly use 24h time, also when talking with colleagues about lab times. It would take some mental burden from me if I would not have to convert times to AM/PM for Queue.

24h also would match the times that are shown in the overall "Session" list and everywhere else in Queue. 🙂

Explanation

I had set up sessions in Queue for the first time last week. When coming back to them today, I realized that half of my labs were scheduled from late in the evening to the day after. Was surprised to not have caught that earlier.

When fixing the sessions manually, I kept struggling with converting to AM/PM and also often "accidentally" set AM/PM to the wrong setting (which then also auto-changes the end time 😅), making me have to go back to editing the session again.
