Resolve "Change Styling of CHANGELOG.md"

What does this mr do?

This MR changes the structure of the CHANGELOG.md. This structure is the structure described on keepachangelog.com and is the actual changelog structure used by the gitlab project itself. This hopefully also solves the merge conflicts in the future.
