Revert the main colour scheme for Queue to BS

The old Bootstrap colour scheme seems to have been replaced by a much lighter, harder to read colour scheme. This has been much to users' dislike. This commit quickly adds Bootstrap colours back to the main colour palette and reinstates the order of colours for request statuses. Signed-off-by:Chris Lemaire <c.lemaire@student.tudelft.nl>
