Small fixes + Slot selection

• Participant validator did not use GuarantueeValidNetID method, closes #82 (closed)

• Closes #80 (closed)

• Ability to indicate when slot selection opens

• Labs are indiated with Slot selection if a slot can be chosen

• Students can, after enquing, change their room to the final room
