Actions taken to fix bug

The order of the keys within the @SQLDelete statement was switched. This means that Feedback entities are now correctly soft deleted, and it stops the feedback page from not rendering. For a more longer term solution with regards to how we deal with feedback and deleted requests, see #616 (closed)

I have added a changelog entry to reflect the significant changes I made and the bug I fixed.
I have updated the documentation accordingly.
