Resolve "Indicate length of created lab"

• Duration is displayed when creating regular and limited capacity labs.
• The grace period is also included depending on the value set in advanced settings.
• The default duration for regular labs is decreased to 3:30 rather than 3:45 to account for the grace period, which is additional to the duration set.
