Introduce Coordinator Role

Coordinator has access to overview of all courses. They can look at approved applications and declarations, export them into a file and mark them as "forwarded to FlexDelft". They are responsible for approving or rejecting raise requests.

Create Pages:

• Coordinator overview
  • view lists of approved students
  • export the list
  • mark as "Fwd to FlexDelft"
  • approve raise requests

Export needs to include

• name, email, student number
• look into TAM 1.5 for the export template
