LabraDOOR update and period

This MR will update the used version of LabraDOOR to 1.0.5-SNAPSHOT13. This allows us to use new endpoints of LabraCORE with not needing to have some numbers hardcoded anymore, e.g. in CourseEditionRepo.

Furthermore, this MR adds a year (String: "2020 / 2021"), quarter (String: "Q1") and period (String: "2020 / 2021 Q1") to an edition.
