Add hide previous editions button

Description

  • A new button which hides all previous editions (ie. end date in the past)
  • Button is only added to job-offer/manage and job-offer/manage/all pages
    • Students shouldn't need this because once a job offer / extra work is closed it no longer appears (even if hired), thus it wouldn't be of use
