Note endpoint & Refactor Backend

In this merge request, the note endpoint is added to the backend. Moreover, the backend has been refactored majorly.

I think this would look clearer if this was schema_base_path=./src/main/resources/rest and the following paths ${schema_base_path}/*/

Maybe this field should be called content rather than note, I think a Note note with field String note in it is confusing
