Filter non-active courses from All Declarations/Applications
requested to merge 100-all-applications-declarations-page-should-only-show-active-courses-applications-declarations into dev
Description
- The All Applications and All Declarations pages now only show applications/declarations of active courses (ie. end-date in the future).
- Their respective export buttons also only export active applications/declarations
