Improve FlexDelft Exports + Bug Fixes

Description

• Change the FlexDelft export to match Stefan's criteria
• Add a FlexDelft export for declarations
• Fix the logout button sometimes not working
• Fix several typos + Improve descriptions
• Fix unhandled applications including rejected ones
• Automatically add a time of 00:00 and 23:59 to an edition start/end date (ie. don't ask user for time, only date)
