Improve loading/filtering order

When a page is loaded, you first see all options and after that it is filtered. This looks a bit glitchy.

I have observed this behaviour on the following pages:

• /courses
• /student-dashboard/courses/xx/assignments, probably also for TA and teacher

As an example: when I open my Courses page, I see 4 four courses for half a second (image 1), then it switches to my current courses (image 2).
