Draft: Remove metadata

Does not work as hoped. The library adds extra data at the end of the pdf which results in viewers not displaying the data.

The pdf annotation plugin is not able to show the patched files: UPDATE: the september 2020 update of the pdf viewer library is compatible with the new file (I tested one)
