Resolve "Add basic grading feature + Export grades to excel"

Here are the things that are implemented here:

  • grading on the frontend (creating graded multiple choice and checkbox questions)
  • graded template questions
  • change to models on the backend (points)
  • change the API routes to accommodate grading
