Resolve "Plain text submissions"

What does this MR do?

  • Markdown editor content as submission (Submit)
  • Add option for teacher to specify text submission
  • Save as draft (done through existing make (not) final functionality)
  • Override present submissions
  • Allow .txt uploads
  • Show text view on reviews
