Added notifications for members joining and leaving, coaches accepting invitations and revoking invitations.

  • Added notification to members of a group when a coach accepts their invitation
  • Added notification to members of a group and the invited coach when a coach invitation is revoked
  • Added notification to other members of a group when a new member joins the group
  • Added notification to other members of a group when a member leaves the group
