Dashboard improvements

Taico Aerts requested to merge dashboard-improvements into development
  • Group course editions per course
  • Only show active course editions on the dashboard
  • Add link to go to each element on the dashboard
  • Add link to go to specific filter views which are otherwise only presented on the dashboard (show all pending)
  • Only load dashboard data if the user has permission
  • Use the user count badge instead of "n members", since this is shorter and clearer.
