Resolve "Creating student users from registration form"

Closes #164 (closed)

• Student users could indeed be created by disabling the Javascript on the registration page
• Limited the user types that could be created by checking the user role before continuing to the user registration process
• Might not be the cleanest solution, but could not find many options of doing it differently
