Resolve "Auto assign TM supervisors"

• Add abilities to coach and client roles for projects
• Automatically assign a couch role to new accounts if specified as technical or medical supervisor
• Add section to internship index page with supervised internships
• Add missing internship section in language file
• Fix various issues with permission checks and routing issues with internships
