Increase truncation limit in titles

In some places, the truncation limit in titles was set unnecessarily low (30). This makes some titles look confusing:

Increasing the limit allows the full title (or a larger part of it) to be displayed, which makes more sense for a title. The page remains responsive on small screens as well, as the size of text in h1 tags already scales accordingly.
