Resolve "Translate home page"

What does this MR do?

Adds translations to the header of the homepage as well as the slogan and the alt for the logo of the hospital (currently hidden with the footer)

Note: Adds the same slogan-1 and slogan-2 as !107 (merged). Check that MR to see why this has been split.
