Resolve "Claiming tablets button does not work"

What does this MR do?

The button to claim tablets did not work, as it led to 404. Same thing with the call button.

Actions taken to fix the bug

Both buttons had an incorrect href. The correct links have now been included.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

• I have added tests to validate the fix.
• I have updated the documentation accordingly.
