Resolve "Add Open Graph tags"

What does this MR do?

Basic Open Graph and Twitter cards are added to the page. For the Twitter cards, I've opted to not add the twitter:site and twitter:creator since we do not have any twitter accounts for them.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

  • I have added tests to validate the new functionality.
  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
  • I have added translations for all new client-side text.
