Resolve "Remove the notion of a tablet"

What does this MR do?

This MR removes the notion of a Tablet from the system model. We don't use them currently, and we don't see a future use case at the moment that would warrant their use, either.

I also renamed tabletPath to slotPath, which I believe is more accurate.

Does this MR meet the acceptance criteria?

• I have added tests to validate the new functionality.
• I have updated the documentation accordingly.
• I have added translations for all new client-side text.
• I have updated the changelog accordingly.
