Resolve "Add delete button to patient, tablet, and area pages"

Kevin Chong requested to merge 30-add-delete-button-to-patient-tablet-and-area-pages into development

Adds a delete button to the edit pages of tablets/patients/areas.

Deletion of tablet/patient is pretty straightforward, however, areas can cause tablets/patients to have no area assigned to them. I currently set their value to null, do we want some other behaviour here?
