CorsPatchFilter NPE

Description

Fixes a bug where the CorsPatchFilter would throw an NPE on a request without an origin header.

Resolves #242 (closed)

Changes

CorsPatchFilter::requiresHeaderPatchCheck now returns false on requests without a header.
