Resolve "Stats for edition, clusters, groups, members"

Note: pipeline is failing for different reasons: 'publish_jar' job needs 'gradle_build' job, but 'gradle_build' is not in any previous stage. We need to fix it in another issue.

Pagination, sorting, filtering

Note: the version below is the final one which includes features from all the above versions even though they might not be shown in the specific picture.
