Introduce methods for easy lookups by number.

Labrador seems to be mainly created to work with usernames (or labrador ids). However, some systems only have access to (student) numbers due to their input data. Requesting numbers one by one costs a significant amount of time, so this MR introduces methods to find a person or people with their number.
