Automatically add person to edition when adding to group

Rūta Giedrytė requested to merge add-to-edition-before-group into development

Previously, adding a person to a group would only succeed if they were already present in the edition, and an error would be presented to the user otherwise. Now, for convenience, a person is added to the edition automatically (if they are not yet present) when they are being added to a group. The role in the edition is assigned as the person's default role.
