Added support page

What does this mr do?

Closes #715 (closed), #716 (closed), #717 (closed).

Adds a support page, accessible via the footer, next to the Privacy and About links. Feel free to make any wording or design recommendations for the page, highly appreciated :) Also, added the information to the Readme, more succinctly.
