Remove unnecessary columns from Specific Extra Work + Job Offer Export

Description

  • When exporting from the specific job offer or extra work pages, the "Edition" and "Extra Work"/"Job Offer" columns are removed
  • Fixes the homepage bug with the footer not being at the bottom of the page
  • Adds scroll save to specific extra work page (ie. taking an action (eg. approve/reject) scrolls to previous position on reload)
