Description

When exporting from the specific job offer or extra work pages, the "Edition" and "Extra Work"/"Job Offer" columns are removed
Fixes the homepage bug with the footer not being at the bottom of the page
Adds scroll save to specific extra work page (ie. taking an action (eg. approve/reject) scrolls to previous position on reload)
