Menu items specific to programmes

For the different menu items, make their names dependent on the study programmes the user is involved in.

Multiple -> default names

"Technical Medicine": [Courses -> Tracks, Groups -> Students, Companies -> Hospitals]

Add as parameters on Programme in the database.
