Checkbox for "allow unconfirmed employees to offer projects" should be hidden if the checkbox "allow others to join the company without confirmation" is not ticked

In the create company page/modal, it is possible to indicate 2 checkboxes. The second of those (allow unconfirmed employees to offer projects) should only be visible when the first is ticked.
