Include event resource URL in notification emails

The links to "View Group", "View Project", etc. were only visible when accessing a notification in the UI. I added them to emails as well.
Issue #652 (closed) referred to project URLs in emails. The notifications sent when a role is assigned contain a group URL instead of a project URL, but I think this should also work.
The issue refers to roles assigned to projects. We don't have notifications for that. We send notifications regarding course-specific roles when they are assigned to approved groups (or the status of a group changes to approved).
