• Refactor notification system to be internationalized
• Add notifications badge to navigation bar item(s)
• Add notifications page
• Mark notifications read when visiting notifications page
• Style notifications page
• Paginate notifications page
• Add a dynamically generated link to notifications, linking to the relevant page
• Update all controllers to send necessary notifications
