Add rejection under name of programme director

• Adds ability in admin panel to add a programme director name to approval/rejection/revoke status update
• Shows programme director at status of course participation request of student in front end
• Adds ability to bulk update with programme director as option

To be added: a title to users so that the programme director's name can be showed with a title. ( !248 (merged) )
