Disable copy button/logic for recurrent editions

  • Removed the copy button in recurrent and descendent recurrent editions.
  • Removed the main creation button in courses containing a recurrent edition (replaced with a hint).
  • These pages can still be accessed by typing the URL manually (/new, /duplicate).
