Performed multiple changes relating to the design of the front-end.

-The header and footer, and the general template for the front-end, now exist. -All aspects of the log-in system, including resending and locking functions, are styled. -Bootstrap streamlines. -Grammar changes and fixes. -Controllers for certain required areas were added.
